Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A rewarding opportunity awaits skilled Speech-Language Pathologists passionate about making a difference in the lives of K-12 students. This onsite, contract position is available for the 2026-2027 school year, running from August through June. You'll play a pivotal role supporting communication skills and educational achievement in a supportive academic setting. Ideal candidates bring expertise in speech-language pathology within school environments. Those with Clinical Fellowship (CF) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) status are encouraged to apply. The role involves working hands-on with a diverse K-12 caseload, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to individualized education plans.
Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders. Active state license (or eligibility for licensure). Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 school-aged children. CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates welcome. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders. Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs. Provide direct therapeutic services to students in individual or group settings. Consult and collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families. Document progress, maintain records, and participate in meetings as required.
