Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity making a difference in the lives of students across Greenville and Greer. As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) in these schools, you'll collaborate within a dynamic, supportive district that truly values your expertise and offers a multi-level network of mentorship, resources, and professional development. Three full-time SLP roles are available, each tailored to distinct age groups and needs: Assignment #1: Washington Center Work alongside another dedicated SLP at a renowned, self-contained campus serving medically fragile and profoundly impaired students ages 3-21. Extensive AAC knowledge and heartfelt passion for supporting these children and families are essential. Assignment #2: Chandler Creek + Crestview Elementary (Greer) Provide services across two elementary campuses, each with SLP support already in place. Collaboration, flexibility, and a patient, student-centered approach are key for success. Assignment #3: Welcome Elementary + Virtual Academy + TBD Split your time between Welcome Elementary with on-site SLP collaboration, support virtual academy students, and serve an additional location (to be determined based on enrollment numbers).
Desired Qualifications:
Active South Carolina SLP license and educator certification Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC-SLP) Strong background with AAC devices for select assignments Previous school-based experience preferred SLP-CFs may be considered; supervision for SLPAs is not available
