Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact on students' lives by providing speech-language services in a vibrant educational setting. This contract opportunity offers a chance to support learners at the elementary, middle, and high school levels, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams dedicated to student growth and achievement.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current and valid licensure or certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP). Experience or strong interest in working within school settings across elementary, middle, and high school environments. Ability to adapt communication and therapy techniques to different age groups and learning needs. Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and collaboration with special education teams. Compassionate, effective communicator who fosters positive relationships with students, families, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students with communication disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate in the IEP process. Work closely with teachers, counselors, and families to support student progress and academic success. Maintain clear, accurate records and contribute to ongoing communication with all educational stakeholders. Deliver direct and consultative services across various grade levels as needed.
