Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students by bringing your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist to a supportive school setting. This contract opportunity offers you the chance to collaborate closely with education professionals, helping students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels achieve their communication and academic goals.
Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Current SLP certification required Experience working with elementary, middle, and/or high school students is highly valued Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders Strong collaboration and communication skills, working effectively with educators, families, and related service providers Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
Responsibilities Include:
Conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students referred across various grade levels Developing individualized treatment plans and goals tailored to each student's needs Delivering direct and consultative speech therapy services in individual and group settings Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student progress and educational planning Maintaining detailed records, progress notes, and IEP documentation in compliance with school and district requirements Educating and supporting teachers and families on strategies to foster student communication growth This is an ideal opportunity for a dedicated SLP who thrives in a collaborative school environment and is passionate about empowering young learners.
