School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson, South Carolina Area Full-Time | Part-Time | Flexible Opportunities Are you a Speech-Language Pathologist looking for a more supportive, therapist-focused staffing experience? We are a newly founded education branch of a tenured boutique staffing firm built with one goal in mind: advocating for therapists while helping schools provide exceptional student services. We prioritize personalized support, transparent communication, and finding placements that are genuinely the right fit for both clinicians and schools. We are currently partnering with schools throughout the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson region to identify passionate, student-centered SLPs for school-based opportunities. What We Offer Competitive compensation ($55+/hr) Flexible scheduling options Personalized placement support Direct, responsive communication Advocacy for manageable caseloads and clinician support Opportunities across elementary, middle, and high school settings W-2 contract positions Responsibilities Provide speech-language therapy services to students in school settings Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements Support students' communication skills in academic and social environments Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active South Carolina SLP license ASHA CCCs preferred; strong CF candidates encouraged to apply Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and collaboration skills Why Join Us?
