Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact on the lives of students by bringing your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist to a vibrant school community. This contract opportunity encompasses a range of ages, as you'll work with elementary, middle, and high school students—helping each one develop vital communication skills for academic and personal success.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active SLP license and relevant certification Previous experience in school settings preferred Comfortable working with students across elementary, middle, and high school levels Strong collaboration and communication abilities Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language assessments for diverse student populations Deliver targeted interventions, both group and individualized, in accordance with educational goals Collaborate with classroom teachers, counselors, and families to ensure comprehensive support Write, maintain, and update progress notes, IEPs, and required documentation Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to program development Provide guidance and resources to staff and families for carryover of strategies This contract position offers a dynamic and supportive environment where your skills are valued, and your work directly enhances student outcomes.
