Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications & Expertise:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in South Carolina Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required Experience working in a school-based setting preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify students' speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and families Deliver effective speech-language therapy services through both direct and consultative models Monitor student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and adjust interventions as needed Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to enhance student success and advocate for their needs within the school environment Participate in team meetings, staff training, and professional development activities, staying current with best practices in the field This is a fantastic chance to contribute your expertise while working within an educational community dedicated to student growth.
