This engaging position is based in an elementary school setting, providing dedicated support to an average caseload of 45-50 students. Enjoy a steady schedule of 37.5 hours per week, focusing on pediatric populations and making a real impact.

Desired Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Active SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or current Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Experience working in school settings, especially with elementary-age students Understanding of pediatric language disorders, AAC, and IEP development Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Background in healthcare-related SLP is a plus

Your Responsibilities:

Deliver diagnostic assessments and therapy for students with communication disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress Maintain accurate records of assessments, progress, and interventions Provide education and resources to families and faculty as needed Participate in IEP meetings and actively contribute to student support strategies
