In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders across varied care settings. You will design evidence-based treatment plans, provide individualized therapy, and document outcomes in the EMR. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team, you'll educate patients and families, support safe discharge planning, and contribute to program development.
