Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Holding or pursuing ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Active state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain prior to start) Passion for pediatric care and experience working with school-aged children Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work on-site and commit to a full-time schedule
Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate students for a variety of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students specific needs Offer direct, evidence-based therapy in one-on-one and group settings Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records of interventions and outcomes Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members to facilitate meaningful outcomes Remain current with continuing education and SLP best practices
