Required Qualifications:

Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current state license to practice as an SLP Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide assessment and therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families Maintain accurate records and progress documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines Deliver both individual and group interventions to maximize student outcomes Support inclusive practices by consulting and coaching school staff to facilitate successful classroom integration Participate in IEP meetings and communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding progress
