Provide comprehensive speech therapy services to patients with communication, cognitive, swallowing, and related rehabilitation needs. Modify treatment plans based on patient progress and response to therapy. Document patient evaluations, treatment, progress, and outcomes accurately. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support each patient's overall rehabilitation goals. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and strategies. Celebrate patient progress and help patients achieve greater independence. Qualifications Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Pathologist. CCC's preferred; CFY candidates will be considered. Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with applicable field experience. CPR certification required or obtainable within 30 days of hire. Strong communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills. Passion for helping patients achieve meaningful rehabilitation goals.
