Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Take your expertise in speech-language pathology to the next level with this full-time contract opportunity near Ashland City, TN. We are seeking dedicated Speech Language Pathologists, whether you hold your CCCs or are completing your CFY, to support students across middle and high school grades throughout the full academic year. This position offers the chance to work with a dynamic caseload, providing direct services and collaborating with educators and families to nurture students' communication skills. New graduates are encouraged to apply—mentorship and support are available to help you thrive at the start of your career.
Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Possession of (or eligibility for) Tennessee state licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted Strong communication skills and a passion for working with adolescents Ability to manage a diverse caseload and collaborate with colleagues Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to middle and high school students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Conduct assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and track student progress Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and other professionals as part of an interdisciplinary team Contribute to student success through both direct therapy and consultative services Take on a rewarding position that impacts student lives and provides opportunities for professional growth.
