Job Description
Encompass Health is seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist to provide advanced evaluation and treatment for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, and other complex conditions in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing assessments; design and deliver individualized treatment plans; and educate patients and families on strategies that support recovery and safety. In this senior role, you will mentor junior clinicians, collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and support a culture of clinical excellence, compassion, and continuous learning.
