Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Home Health - PRN Trousdale, Macon and Smith counties in Tennessee Offering flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and mileage reimbursement HomeFirst Home Healthcare provides quality home health care to thousands of individuals in the state of Tennessee. We are growing and looking to add a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to our home health, clinical field team. The Speech Language Pathologist / SLP administers speech therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager.
Requirements:
Master's or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology / SLP State of Tennessee license Minimum of one (1) year of speech language therapy experience preferred Reliable transportation, current driver's license and automobile insurance
