Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Current (or eligibility for) Tennessee SLP licensure Experience working within school settings, especially with elementary ages Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage a caseload of around 63 K-6 students

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy, assessments, and progress tracking Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families Document services and maintain compliance with school/state/federal regulations Support K-6 students in developing essential academic and communication skills
