H2 Health is committed to providing exceptional rehabilitation services, including specialized pediatric speech therapy. We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on diagnosing and treating speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children. Working at H2 Health allows you to make a real difference in the lives of young patients by offering therapies both in specialized facilities and at home settings. Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in children. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's unique needs. Collaborate with family members and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to therapy. Maintain accurate records of patient therapy and progress. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss and optimize treatment strategies. Provide guidance and education to family members about how to support the child's communication and swallowing abilities at home. Strong understanding of speech-language pathology principles and practices, specifically in a pediatric setting. Ability to use and advise on augmentative and alternative communication devices for non-verbal children. Empathy and communication skills tailored to interacting with children and their families. Skill in creating and administering appropriate therapy programs and monitoring the child's progress. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Completion of a clinical fellowship.
