Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in Castroville, TX for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time opportunity to work in a collaborative school environment helping students reach their communication goals. Responsibilities
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school-based setting
  • Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Address communication needs including articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation per IDEA and Texas state guidelines Position Highlights
Full-time:
37.5 hours per week
  • School-based role at McNair Middle School
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required
  • Supportive educational team and structured school schedule
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in student development Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Texas SLP license (required)
  • CCC-SLP preferred, but strong candidates will be considered
