Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program. Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Active Texas state license is required to start the assignment. Compact licensure noted as accepted; candidate must meet Texas licensure requirements. Minimum 2 years of SLP experience required. Experience in long term care or skilled nursing settings preferred. Experience developing treatment plans for swallowing, cognitive and communication disorders, and managing aspiration risk preferred. Experience leading or directing delivery of speech-language pathology services in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations preferred. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
