Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A dynamic opportunity awaits Speech-Language Pathologists seeking a meaningful role in an educational setting with both virtual and onsite options. This full-time contract offers the ability to work with students in grades PreK through 8th during standard school hours, providing critical support to learners at various stages of their development. Work within a collaborative team environment dedicated to student success, utilizing your expertise to foster communication growth.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current and valid Speech-Language Pathology license (please submit proof with your application) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC required) Experience in school-based settings and comfort working with PreK-8th grade students Familiarity with IEP processes, evaluations, and documentation Skilled in delivering services both virtually and onsite as needed Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, parents, and staff Commitment to culturally responsive and developmentally appropriate practices
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders Provide direct and consultative speech/language therapy services, virtually or in person Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress Document session notes and maintain accurate records in accordance with district and state requirements Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices for school-based SLPs As part of this opportunity, you will gain valuable experience supporting a diverse student population while maintaining a work schedule that offers consistency and a healthy balance between personal and professional life.
