Blazer Jobs is seeking a motivated new graduate Speech-Language Pathologist to begin a Clinical Fellowship in Conroe, Texas. We provide the supervision and professional support you need to confidently navigate your first year as an SLP. Youll gain meaningful school-based experience, work toward completing your ASHA Clinical Fellowship requirements, and develop the skills needed to transition into independent practice. About the Position The Clinical Fellow will provide speech and language services to students while working under qualified supervision. This position provides hands-on experience with therapy, evaluations, IEPs, documentation, and collaboration while allowing you to build clinical confidence with experienced professionals supporting your development. Job Duties Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students Conduct screenings and evaluations under appropriate supervision Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers Implement evidence-based interventions targeting student communication needs Track required CF hours and maintain fellowship documentation Participate in regular CF supervision and professional development Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal requirements Requirements Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Completion of required academic coursework and supervised clinical practicum Eligibility to begin an ASHA Clinical Fellowship Eligibility for the appropriate Texas SLP Intern/temporary or school-based credential required for CF practice Ability to complete required Texas licensing and school-district onboarding requirements Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Successful completion of required background screening Benefits Competitive rates Weekly pay 401(k) with employer match Tiered benefit plans Employee Assistance Program Dedicated CF supervision and mentorship CEU and license reimbursement Ongoing professional support and advocacy Dedicated recruiter support throughout your fellowship Travel Opportunities Blazer Jobs offers travel opportunities for eligible Clinical Fellow SLPs interested in building their careers in new communities.
