What We're Looking For:

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Texas ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred New graduates and Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills Passion for supporting diverse student needs

Your Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, fostering communication development Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams Serve mainly at one school site, with some roles supporting multiple campuses Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress Partner with educators, administrators, and families to promote student success Adapt interventions to meet the varied needs of your caseload (age group and size TBD) Stay current on best practices and district protocols
