Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current (or eligible for) speech-language pathology licensure in the state Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience providing speech therapy services within a school setting Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and provide direct speech and language therapy to students Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of student progress and services delivered Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with teachers, support staff, and parents/guardians Offer consultation and in-class support to educators, ensuring therapy goals are integrated into daily learning Adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs and support both virtual and in-person models if required Remain up-to-date with best practices and ongoing professional development
