Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP in Texas Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly valued Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet individual student needs
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy in an onsite school environment Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders Manage a caseload determined during the interview process based on school needs Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals Maintain detailed records, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with regulations Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to developing student-centered strategies This is a contract, full-time role offering the unique rewards of seeing the difference your skills make in students' lives.
