Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into an important role supporting students' communication and academic growth for the 2026-2027 school year in a collaborative educational environment. As a contract Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll have the opportunity to make a daily impact by delivering high-quality therapy services, supervising SLPAs, and helping students access their fullest potential.
Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience providing speech and language services in school settings Bilingual in English/Spanish highly preferred Ability to supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) Strong organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals Oversee and mentor SLPAs in daily activities and interventions Manage a diverse student caseload with varying needs Conduct assessments, create evaluation reports, and participate in ARD meetings Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain detailed records and comply with all local, state, and federal requirements You'll play a vital part in helping students develop key communication skills and fostering a positive, inclusive school experience.
