Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications and Credentials:
Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology License required CCC-SLP, CFY, and pediatric experience in schools highly desirable Skilled in the assessment and treatment of a range of communication disorders Ability to design and implement individualized intervention plans Strong communication and organizational abilities Commitment to supporting diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct and consultative SLP services to K-12 students in group and individual settings Develop and implement IEP goals and targeted interventions Conduct thorough assessments and maintain accurate documentation and case records Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Participate actively in IEP meetings and school initiatives Adapt strategies to meet varied student needs across caseload
