Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a lasting impact helping elementary students thrive in school as a Speech Language Pathologist in a supportive, collaborative environment. This on-site contract opportunity offers both full-time and part-time options, with a focus on delivering specialized services within elementary school settings. Your expertise in evaluation, therapy, and progress tracking will be essential in guiding students toward improved communication, and ensuring their success in and out of the classroom.
Qualifications:
Current Texas Language Pathologist License required Previous experience in school-based settings preferred Strong knowledge of childhood speech and language disorders Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Dedication to working collaboratively with teachers, families, and fellow specialists
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for elementary caseloads Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals Track student progress and adapt interventions for optimal results Maintain accurate records and documentation Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and support compliance with school and state requirements
