What You'll Bring:

Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) Experience or strong interest in pediatric populations within a school-based setting Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Willingness to adapt to a dynamic school environment and be open to working with diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and educational goals Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support students' progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines Offer training and resources to staff and families to promote carryover of therapeutic strategies Engage in school team meetings and contribute to IEP development and implementation
