Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Flexible Schedule + High Pay | Home Health Dallas

At Connect Pediatrics, our Speech Language Pathologists have the flexibility to choose their hours, manage their caseload, and provide meaningful 1:1 care to pediatric patients in their homes — without the burnout of clinic or school settings. We have immediate pediatric caseloads available across Dallas and surrounding DFW areas.

• Compensation & Structure Per visit rates equivalent to $55.00
• 70.00/hour (based on experience) Full-Time = 26 visits/week (benefits eligible) Part-Time = 18-25 visits/week PRN options available Mileage reimbursement (FT/PT)

• What You'll Do Perform speech and language evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide in-home therapy for pediatric patients Educate and collaborate with families and caregivers Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Requirements Active Texas SLP License ASHA CCCs preferred (or CFY considered) CPR Certification Reliable transportation Active driver's license & auto insurance
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred
