Speech Language Pathologist Requirements:
Clinical Fellows welcome to apply! 2 positions available for CFs Experienced SLP 2+ yrs Passion for working with children Bilingual (Eng/Sp) preferred but not required Feeding experience is a plus but not required As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will:
Clinical Duties:
Conduct Initial Evaluations and Re-evaluations using formal and informal measures. Synthesize evaluation results to confirm or rule out appropriate diagnoses and formulate an Individualized Plan of Care. Perform Weekly Speech Therapy Sessions using evidence-based practice. Provide Parent Education and Home Programming following each therapy session. Complete accurate documentation of evaluations and therapy sessions in a timely manner. Complete observations and leveling of skills under Mentor or Supervisor. Maintain company productivity standards. Ensure a clean and safe treatment space. Collaborate with other team members to include Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Audiology, and Administrative Staff. Refer to professionals outside our system when in the best interest of our patients and families. Attend Weekly Round Table Meetings and any additional meetings determined by your Clinical Director, Supervisor, or Company Owner. Pursue relevant Continuing Education to best serve our patient population. Assume other projects and responsibilities as assigned by your Supervisor. Abide by all company Policies & Procedures. Adhere to the guidelines for SLPs specified by ASHA and in state licensing requirements.
Administrative Duties:
Actively communicate by email through Microsoft Outlook. Complete scheduling and documentation via Practice Perfect. Utilize Payroll System to report time worked and request time off. Submit Weekly Productivity Stats. Identify and review billing codes.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift at least 30lbs (ST). Must be able to read small print. Must be able to interact verbally with children, caregivers and the public. Must be able to type on a keyboard.
