A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. This role offers flexible scheduling with no minimum visit requirements, allowing clinicians to build their own caseloads based on their expertise and personal needs. Evaluate and treat pediatric patients in a home setting Create individualized treatment plans and implement evidence-based interventions Educate families and caregivers on therapy strategies and progress Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Qualifications include active Texas licensure, pediatric experience (preferred), strong communication skills, reliable transportation, and a passion for working with children.
