ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Certificate of Clinical Competence Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join a school district in Fredericksburg, Texas for the 2026-2027 school year. As a valued member of the special education team, you'll have the opportunity to provide impactful speech and language services that help students develop the communication skills they need to succeed academically, socially, and beyond. Position Details Full-time opportunity 2026-2027 school year August 2026 start date Onsite position in Fredericksburg, TX Caseload and school assignment determined based on district needs Supportive special education department and multidisciplinary team Collaborative work environment with ongoing recruiter support What You'll Do Provide individualized speech-language therapy services to students with diverse communication needs Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and comprehensive speech and language assessments Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers to support student success Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and contribute clinical recommendations Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active or pending Texas Speech-Language Pathology license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required Ability to provide onsite services in a school setting Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required Clinicians transitioning from outpatient, pediatric, rehabilitation, or hospital settings are welcome to apply Why Work with ProCare Therapy?
