Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - School-Based Gainesville, TX | 2026-2027 School Year Give Students a Voice. Make an Impact That Lasts. Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve students at a school in the Gainesville area for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, onsite role offers a structured school schedule, a supportive clinical network, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students' communication and academic success. About the Role As a school-based SLP, you will provide evaluation and therapy services to students with a range of communication needs, including articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication. You will collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to develop and implement individualized plans that help students thrive in the classroom and beyond. Schedule & Work Environment Monday-Friday onsite school schedule No evenings or weekends School holidays and breaks off Collaborative, team-oriented setting with access to a dedicated clinical network Key Responsibilities Evaluate and diagnose students with speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student IEP goals Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings Collaborate with ARD/IEP teams, teachers, and special education staff Partner with families to support communication development at home and in the community Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with district and state requirements Supervise and support SLPAs as applicable Qualifications Active Texas SLP license in good standing (required) Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred School-based or pediatric experience preferred Familiarity with IEP/ARD processes and Texas special education guidelines a plus Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills What We Offer Competitive compensation with optional 12-month spread pay W-2 employment with comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision) Retirement plan options CEU support and ongoing professional development Materials stipend and licensure reimbursement Access to a Clinical Advisory Team for guidance Dedicated Client Services Manager for day-to-day support Why PDS?
