Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract An exciting full-time Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is available in Midland, TX, for a contract position running through May 23, 2025. This role involves working onsite within a school environment and managing a caseload of approximately 60-65 students. The position requires an SLP license and experience with supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), typically no more than two.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to a diverse student population. Manage and maintain a caseload of 60-65 students with varying needs. Supervise up to two Speech-Language Pathology Assistants, providing guidance and support. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Document student progress and maintain compliance with school and state regulations. Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
Desired Qualifications:
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license. Clinical Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is highly desirable. Experience working in school settings. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
