Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Support students as a full-time Speech Language Pathologist in a vibrant K-12 school setting for the 2026-2027 academic year. This in-person contract opportunity is perfect for professionals passionate about guiding children toward their fullest communication potential. Desired Background & Skills:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required Eligibility for (or possession of) CCC-SLP or active Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Consideration given to SLPAs with relevant school-based experience Experience with pediatric populations across K-12 strongly preferred Understanding of IEP writing, goal setting, and data collection Excellent collaboration and communication abilities with students, families, and colleagues State licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings Assess, diagnose, and create treatment plans for a variety of speech-language and communication needs Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to goal development, document progress, and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations Partner with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student success Adapt therapy approaches for diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds This is a fantastic chance to help children find their voices and overcome communication barriers in a supportive educational community.
