Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity near Harker Heights, TX, with openings in two districts tailored for motivated Speech-Language Pathologists. Whether you're an experienced SLP-CCC or a Clinical Fellow seeking guided mentorship, these roles offer the chance to make a significant impact on students' communication skills across diverse caseloads.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active state licensure or eligibility in Texas SLP-CCC preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged with supervision provided Strong foundation in pediatric speech-language disorders Background in school-based or healthcare SLP settings a plus Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Bartlett Assignment:
Manage a district-wide caseload of approximately 40 students Provide direct therapy and assessment for elementary life skills and middle/high school general education students Collaborate with teachers and staff to support individualized education plans (IEPs)
Troy Assignment:
Full-time schedule, serving an entire district Primarily work with general education students across grade levels Engage in ongoing evaluation, intervention, and consultative support as part of the multidisciplinary team Responsibilities for
