Role:
As a Speech Language Pathologist SLP at Avir at Hearne, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Your expertise will help patients regain their communication abilities, and enhance their overall quality of life. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide education and support to patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals Provide speech, language, and swallowing therapy sessions to patients, including individual and group sessions Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote effective communication and independence Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with organizational policies and procedures
