2026-2027 Soliant is actively hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time contract position with a collaborative school district in Hitchcock, Texas. We are looking for a dedicated SLP to join our special education team for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year and are scheduling interviews immediately. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations to diagnose communication disorders. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with student-centered speech therapy goals. Provide engaging, direct therapy services in individual and small group settings. Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and the multidisciplinary special education team to ensure student success. Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and services provided in compliance with Texas state guidelines. What We're Looking For Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders. Active Texas SLP license (issued by TDLR) is required (or eligibility to obtain). ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP); Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome and encouraged to apply! Previous experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations is preferred but not required.
