Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Empower students to reach their full communication potential by providing speech-language pathology services in a supportive academic setting. This contract opportunity is ideal for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists who are comfortable working in schools and are excited to collaborate with educators, families, and fellow professionals to make a real difference in the lives of children.
What you bring:
Active SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience in school-based therapy or pediatrics preferred Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation Strong communication skills for working with students, teachers, and parents Adaptable approach, with a commitment to evidence-based practices Enthusiasm for creating engaging, student-centered therapy plans Daily responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, screenings, and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students across a range of ages and needs Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and contribute to the special education process Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student goals Attend IEP meetings, share updates, and participate in team problem-solving Create a positive, inclusive, and accessible environment for all students This contract role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work alongside a passionate school community dedicated to student growth.
