] LTC or Rehab experience

• as long as a Level II experience and not just a Level I observation experience TX State License
• [Required] [Document] CCC certified SLP
• [Required] [Document] 3 years experience holding active CCS-preferred Will accept one Reference at time of submission Must be submitted at the posted rate, if requested rate is higher candidate will be redirected
