Develop and implement individualized care plans following all regulatory standards. Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support interventions. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly. Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers. Document all clinical activities accurately in electronic health records. Participate in team meetings, training, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Support and supervise CFY or student speech-language pathologists. Adhere to ASHA and state practice acts, ethics, and guidelines. What You Need Valid state license and ASHA certification. At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred. Strong communication and patient-centered skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
