Job Description
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - School-Based | Katy, TX | Flexible Options (1099 or W2) WestWorks Learning Center is a growing private practice based in the Katy/Houston area, specializing in school-based services for speech therapy and dyslexia services. We are a therapist-centered practice that prioritizes flexibility, support, and meaningful work with students. We are currently hiring SLPs for school-based positions for the upcoming school year. Current Openings (Katy, TX) Full-Time (37.5 hours/week, M-F) Elementary-only caseloads Junior High-only caseloads What You'll Do Provide speech/language evaluations and therapy services Develop and implement IEPs Complete documentation and progress reporting Participate in ARD/IEP meetings Collaborate with school staff and families Compensation 1099: $72-$85/hour W-2: $65-$75/hour + benefits Compensation is based on experience, school-based experience, bilingual skills, and assignment requirements. Benefits (W2) Health insurance stipend PTO + paid school holidays 401(k) + 4% match after 1 year CEU + materials reimbursement Flexible scheduling aligned with school calendar Why WestWorks?
