A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Qualifications and Experience:
Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Strong understanding of assessment and intervention strategies for school-aged children Familiarity with IEP development and progress documentation Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills Prior experience in school-based settings is preferred, but motivated candidates eager to learn are encouraged to applyKey Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student needs Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and document progress Participate in IEP meetings and consult with teachers, staff, and families Provide direct therapy, support classroom integration, and adapt interventions to varying learning environments Maintain accurate and timely student records in compliance with district, state, and federal regulationsBenefits and Perks:
