School-Based / Multiple Student Assignments Position Overview Birch Agency is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services to multiple students throughout the Dallas/Irving area . This is a great opportunity for an SLP looking for flexibility while making a meaningful impact on students communication and educational development. Responsibilities Provide speech and language services to multiple students based on individual needs and service plans. Conduct assessments and support the development of appropriate treatment goals. Provide individualized therapy and interventions targeting communication needs. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and other members of the educational team. Participate in meetings and contribute to student support planning as needed. Maintain compliance with applicable state and school requirements. Qualifications Master s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Appropriate Texas SLP licensure/certification. Experience working with children in a school-based setting preferred. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently while managing services across multiple students.
