A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Job Description

As part of our mission to pave the way for children's success worldwide, Therapy Source is currently seeking multiple full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (CF-SLP or SLP) to provide in-person services to public school students for the current school year.

Compensation:

Up to $87,500 annually

Available Positions:

3 elementary SLP positions in West Katy 1 middle school SLP position in West Katy 2 SLP positions to provide maternity leave coverage for the Spring semester (January 5, 2027 - May 26, 2027)

Position Details:

Stable caseload with services provided during school hours Public school experience preferred Pediatric experience required All positions are on-site All positions are 1099

Qualifications:

Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license Possession of, or willingness to obtain, up-to-date clearances Proof of individual professional liability insurance, or willingness to obtain

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities May Include:

Addressing personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs which impact educational goals Providing push-in support in classrooms Performing evaluations and providing appropriate goals for students that require speech/language therapy. Providing continued support for students' Individual Education Programs (IEPs). Maintaining appropriate records and documentation. Developing and implementing IEPs Performing all related work, documentation, and reporting as required.
