Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations is highly valued Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills Passion for promoting student success and collaborating with educational teams Comfort with technology for documentation and potential teletherapy services
Role Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders Provide direct therapy sessions individually or in small groups, adapting to diverse student needs Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, progress reports, and required documentation Consult with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy goals within classroom settings Participate in IEP meetings and support ongoing evaluation of student progress
