Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students as a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist in a school-based setting. This full-time contract role runs from August through the end of the school year, offering you the chance to make a significant difference in the lives of children while collaborating with a dynamic education team.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Holds or eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus; new graduates are welcome to apply Ability to manage a caseload of 40-45 students Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Current state licensure (or the ability to obtain it prior to start) Experience with IEP meetings, assessments, and progress reports
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct therapy and speech-language intervention services to a diverse caseload of students Assess, diagnose, and provide recommendations for students with various speech, language, and communication disorders Participate in the IEP process, including evaluations, meetings, and development of student goals Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress Maintain detailed and compliant documentation Adapt services for a culturally and linguistically diverse student population This contract position provides a supportive environment where your bilingual skills will have a profound impact.
