Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make an impact on students' lives by providing speech-language services in a supportive K-12 setting for the entire 2026-2027 school year. This full-time contract opportunity allows you to bring your expertise as an SLP-CCC to a vibrant school community located near League City, TX. Your skills in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders will help students reach their full academic and social potential. The position spans kindergarten through 12th grade, offering a dynamic environment and a wide range of professional experiences.
Desired Qualifications:
Current Speech-Language Pathologist license (CCC required) Previous experience in a school environment preferred Knowledge of K-12 educational settings and IEP processes Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families Ability to provide guidance and in-service training as needed
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for students Provide direct and consultative services to support students' success in the classroom Maintain accurate records and contribute to multidisciplinary IEP teams Communicate progress and recommendations with families and educators Engage in professional development to remain current on best practices in school-based speech therapy
