You'll be a valued team member, helping students achieve their personal and academic goals through dedicated speech and language services. What we're looking for: Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is strongly preferred Strong understanding of IEPs and special education processes Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Commitment to creating inclusive, supportive environments for students of varying abilities Your key responsibilities: Conduct assessments and deliver therapy for students with speech, language, and communication challenges Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to promote student success Maintain thorough, compliant documentation of services and student progress Participate in team meetings and contribute to planning for student accommodations and supports Provide guidance and resources to school staff, empowering them to support students' communication needs within the classroom Working in this vibrant school community, you'll have the chance to make lasting, positive changes in students' lives.
