What We're Looking For:
Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathologists (or Clinical Fellowship Year eligible) or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant Credentialed or eligible for CCC-SLP preferred, but not required for SLPA roles Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly desired Comfort utilizing teletherapy platforms (training provided if needed) Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech, language, and communication therapy to K-8 students in group and individual settings Complete assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor progress Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff for student success Guide, mentor, and partner with SLPAs where applicable Maintain timely documentation and uphold compliance standards
